Marta Dąbek graduated from the Faculty of Interior Design of the University of Westminster in London (Master of Arts in Interior Design) and the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning of the Cracow University of Technology (Master of Architecture, RIBA Part II). She gained experience in renowned studios in Warsaw, London and Sydney.

OUR OFFER
We offer comprehensive interior designs. Our offer also includes conceptual projects, projects carried out remotely and projects with full author's supervision (so-called "turnkey" projects).
The stages of our work on a comprehensive interior design are described below.
PROJECT STAGES :
1. INITIAL FINDINGS AND INSPIRATIONS
The aim of this stage is to get to know your needs and preferences so that we can propose the best design solutions for you.
We talk about the interiors and design elements that you like the most and about the functions that rooms and furniture should perform in your interior.
If it is possible, we go to the construction site to see the interior "live" and to assess the potential of space, sunlight, views from windows and similar factors that also determine our concept.
At this stage, we make several functional concepts on the building plan, which show the division of the interior into individual rooms, the arrangement of walls, furniture, appliances and sanitary facilities.
We try to bring out the maximum potential of the space and explore various options for arranging a functional interior.
We discuss the proposed variants, indicating the pros and cons of each version, so that you can choose the best solution for you.
The final version combines the selected best functional proposals and constitutes the basis for the next stages of the project.
3. CONCEPT - VISUALIZATIONS
At this stage, we show what the interior will look like.
We present you a visualization that shows the entire space, colors, materials, furniture, lighting.
Visualizations are presented on a moving 3D model,
which allows you to carefully see the proposed solutions.
After the meeting, we introduce any changes and your suggestions to obtain a fully satisfactory effect.
2. FUNCTIONAL LAYOUT
The detailed design includes the following drawings:

projections of designed walls and demolitions

guidelines for water and sewage installations

suspended ceilings with details

guidelines for electrical installation (sockets, lighting and switches)

air conditioning guidelines, if foreseen in the interior (proposed locations of units

floor plans

views of walls with outlined and described furniture, gres tiles and other elements of equipment
4. DETAILED DESIGN, SITE SUPERVISION AND MATERIAL SELECTION
This stage is to translate the interior vision into drawings for executive teams.
It is a complete documentation needed in the next stage for executive teams, a carpenter, and also for the valuation of specific materials in stores.
You will receive the project in the form of a printed project book in duplicate (a copy for you and a copy for the construction site for contractors) and you will receive all the drawings in electronic form.
As part of this stage, we plan a visit to the construction site and a meeting with a carpenter to consult the design and clarify any doubts.
During this stage, we also select specific materials, interior fittings (gres, joints, floor boards, wallpapers, fabrics, lamps, movable furniture, accessories) based on a previously established visual concept.
For this purpose, depending on the needs and possibilities, we arrange joint purchases, send links with proposals on the Internet, provide information on stationary stores. After accepting the selected materials, we provide the quantities and dimensions necessary to prepare a quote and offer by the store.
CONCEPTUAL AND TURNKEY PROJECTS
In addition, we also offer conceptual designs, projects carried out remotely and a "turnkey" design service, which includes a comprehensive design and author's supervision over construction works and coordination of material deliveries. Turnkey projects are available for investments in Warsaw, Katowice and the Tri-City.
